Arts & Flowers always create the most beautiful arrangement. Knocking off a star because their customer service is a bit off- especially when placing an order via the phone. They are always “busy” or in a “rush” but the customer does not need to know that. I keep going back for the quality and execution of the arrangements but dread making that phone call.
It was our 55th wedding anniversary and my Husband wanted to get us some nice flowers to celebrate our special day. Cost us $250 included $50 for tax and delivery. Lasted 4 days and were starting to wilt. They only guaranteed flowers to last 4 days. Felt taken advance off. Will not buy flowers from them again. Can get flowers at Target that last longer and are cheap. Laura called me the next morning and was very kind and wanted to make things right. Sent me new flowers the same day.
