I took my Ford Expedition in On Tuesday, May 21, 2024. It just sat there for 2 days. Then they finally gave me a call and we agreed to remove and replace the rear struts, the spark plugs and the linkage for the wipers along with the Wiper Motor. So the rear struts were replaced which was the only thing that I believe was done right. They did not do a test drive because there was something wrong when I picked up my Expedition.
