My husband and I are new to Fort Smith, and we really wanted to like Art’s because it’s so convenient. After trying Art’s for dinner three times, we won’t be going back. The rack of ribs we received last night were horribly dry and hardly no meat on them. And I really can’t understand paying $22.95 for a full rack of ribs and then also being charged $1.50 for a very small side salad. Also, being charged extra for a baked potato??? Not my ideal preference when it comes to bbq. The brisket and pork lacked natural flavor. The bbq sauce and beans much too sweet for my liking. I’d prefer meat to be flavorful on its own. Just not my preference.

I ate lunch with you guys today and you were packed! As good as the food was, it was the staff that really impressed me and made me want to come leave a review. They were hustling making sure everyone had everything they needed. They also did it with a smile and genuine friendliness even the lady cook was wonderful. Thank you for a great lunch experience.
Food is BBQ with some speciality items such as The KC Burnt Ends! The Cheeseburger Salad is killer. Great Onion Rings and Potato Salad is a must! Don’t look for atmosphere - just awesome food and service!
We catered for our Friendsgiving and the food was out of the park amazing!!!! The best turkey I have ever had! The sides were perfect! Thank you!
