RecommendedAlways and forever Love Arts..from Fayetteville Ar. 1st time I got to go to the Arts in Fort Smith.. Arts burgers never steer you wrong. Best burger I've ever ate.
Very good burnt ends and some of the best bacon in town (it’s like a thick piece of heaven!!) The waitress even had the cooks flatten my burger because I like it on the skinny side!! My only regrets is that I haven’t tried this place more. I’ll be back!

Art’s BBQ has been my favorite restaurant in Fort Smith for years!! I’ve been a fan since they were in Greenwood. I have tried several things over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. My personal favorite is the pulled pork sandwich but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything at Art’s BBQ. If you want good BBQ, I would not recommend Art’s. I had the brisket, which was extremely disappointing. Lacking in flavor as if they were afraid to season it, tasted like it was taken from the packaging and placed on the smoker for an hour or two then finished off in the oven. You can hardly taste the nice smokey flavor you would expect from a nice piece of brisket. The sauce was extremely disappointing as well, tasted like watered down ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar at best.
