I called to ask if there was room today, and the response was abrupt and rude. 3 stars because I never actually went in - here’s why They don’t take appointments (great, get a last minute cut - it’s what I was hoping for in this instance), but also didn’t really answer my question. Based on the tone of our phone call I was hesitant to go in, but drove over nonetheless less. Just to realize I’d much rather go somewhere I feel good about, and based on my first impression, this was not it.

What a great place. Took my Uncle in today. They do walk-ins. Professional, quick and way better than great clips in price and knowledge. You want to take seniors here. My Uncle loved it. Thank you Richard.

If you are looking for a properly priced haircut, this is the place. Rick is 2nd generation , old school barber, so no fancy styling here. Lived in many different areas in the US and always hard to find a guy/girl that could cut my hair constantly without it costing $25+. Rick has never disappointed me. So, if you need a no nonsense haircut, from an old school professional barber, Art's is the place to go in Roseville. Art is old school, fast and affordable barber. No BS, No Gay things. I do really like visiting Art Barber shop and definitely recommend.

I dunno. I didn't go in because there's a sign on the door that says cash or check only. The journey that followed for cash or a barber took 3 hrs and ended up with me getting a mediocre yet lopsided cut at GreatClips. By that time I had cash, but God, what a stupid day to lose all that time to a haircut I could have given myself.
