I came here with a Ford Crown Vic that only blows hot air. Art had me pull in, turn on the AC, and pop open the hood so he could check it out. He said it wasn't the refrigerant, so it was either a problem with electrical or I'd need a new AC compressor, but he wouldn't know until he got in there. He changed 340 to unplug my music cable from the battery and still didn’t fix the problem. Total rip off

Art's saved my day. And lots of money. The AC on my 07 Ford Escape Hybrid wasn't blowing cold and on this car the AC also cools the hybrid battery so my car wasn't happy. I had a good idea what was wrong and it was a $30 part that required the freon removed to replace. I went to a few shops that wouldn't touch it being a hybrid and the dealer wanted to replace the compressor for a few thousand dollars and I wasn't willing to pay that.
