Terrible experience! I made an appt at 8:15am. When I drove there and arrived at 8:15am, I was told they didn't have time to fix my car that morning. When I stated I had an appointment, they basically stated, 'too bad'. Really terrible service! I did not have 2 hours to waste with Art's Auto Electric this morning. These guys don't keep their word and have no concept of customer care.
RecommendedThis is the greatest experience I have had. They make sure to call you and let you know what they planned on doing, or if they have any questions and want your approval to proceed. They let me know the pros and cons of the repair of what I need done (HID light wiring) and ultimately helped me resolve my problems. The staff is very friendly as well as super funny! Very well priced. This place is easily the go-to for any auto-electrical problems you may have.
