Great service and the best pricing I've found. I originally started by designing a shirt for our reunion online at customink, but when I compared the customink pricing to other sites, I quickly found the customink price to be very high. The folks at sewartrageous duplicated my design exactly as I had designed it and gave me a price that was at least 20% less than customink. I bought a sweatshirt and asked for rhinestones to outline my teams name.Received it.Was very nice.Wasn't like the pic I sent,but didn't care.After washing it(gentl cycle,cold water,inside out)the stones glued to the vinyl fell off, the ones remained were on the fabric.Called Larry,he said the garment HAD to be hand washed like it said on their website.It actually said they "RECOMMEND" hndwashing but if machinewashed,use coldwater,gntlecycle,which I didThere was nothing he could do. What is the point of reviewing your experience with a company if they can pick and choose what others see...good or bad? It's a learning experience for both businesses and customers.Obviously it was a learning experience for them because they re-worded their Care Instructions on their website. But to remove my neg review about my experience??? That's shadey! Don't want a replacement...feeling disappointed :(
We purchased a new back pack for our daughter and approached Larry by wanting to have her name embroidered on it. We agreed to have ArtRageous (Larry) do the job and left the back pack with him. He was to call us when the job was completed. About a week later, we never heard from Larry and when we called him to pick up the back pack, his tone was 'nervous' as he stated he "was just about to call us." EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! What a great company. Very helpful and very friendly. We ordered both embroidered shirts and printing for our company and everything came fast and better than we expected. Will recommend to anyone.
I shopped all over to find someone to help and not only was Larry honest and fun to talk with, he worked with us every step of the way to get us our shirts and backpacks. Trying to get a price quote I emailed the address on the website and the responses I got back from the office were rude and not very helpful.
