JR with Golden Shield Security company Is the best security guard and always helpful! Literally the best part of the apartment!
They have been shutting the water off periodically during the morning for the last 3 YEARS, the elevator always breaks, they have the sprinkler guys inspect you home like 4 times a year, very noisy, and people break in to your cars. I've honestly never been more inconvenience in my life by a apartment complex. The only plus is that it is located in DSTA and thats it. Water was turned off again today. I have lived here for a year and don’t plan on moving out anytime soon. Wendy from the leasing office is extremely kind and helpful! She goes above and beyond with her customer service. Miriam is also such a great management! The area is lively and lots of places to visit.
I spoke to a Wendy with questions about applying for an apartment. She gave me conflicting information and when I pointed it out and asked for clarification, her tone became hostile. Refusing to engage with that tone I hung up.
