I just moved in less than two weeks ago. So far, I had a very pleasant experience with management and staff. On-site manager Paige is extremely helpful and kind, genuinely care about the tenants, helping me fix the billing issues, arranging maintenance team to fix the fridge. Maintenance manager Javier is truly a great guy! He went extra miles to help to solve the issue. The Security guard is also kind and helpful. I am looking forward to exploring the Santa Ana downtown life!!

I have lived in this community for more than 15 years, and the reason I continue to stay is because of the outstanding service I consistently receive. Just this week, our A+ maintenance team (Javier, Filiberto, and Mauricio) went above and beyond once again.
