I have lived here for a year and don’t plan on moving out anytime soon. Wendy from the leasing office is extremely kind and helpful! She goes above and beyond with her customer service. Miriam is also such a great management! The area is lively and lots of places to visit.
I spoke to a Wendy with questions about applying for an apartment. She gave me conflicting information and when I pointed it out and asked for clarification, her tone became hostile. Refusing to engage with that tone I hung up.

I’m a current resident here, have been for several years, so I can speak fully on the quality of life at this apartment complex. It is not a nightmare living here, but I can say we haven’t been happy during our stay. To start, it’s roach infested. Have had our unit fumigated and they come right back after a couple weeks, and we are exceedingly clean people. I work from home and there are nearly weekly water shutoffs of the whole building (which is ridiculous) for hours and it is so inconvenient. The maintenance staff are sup... read more
