Rosalie, sorry you didn't care for our Blackberry Cobbler. That is one we rarely hear anyone dislike. I wish you had told your server, so that he/she could have brought you something different.
Very minimal in the rooms. Quilt on the bed was soft and smelled very clean and fresh. The wooden floors were nice. No closet, but plenty of wall hooks. (A full length mirror would have been nice.) Yummy Pumpkin Bread was waiting in the room for us when we arrived. We also received breakfast vouchers for the buffet which is wonderful! (We have gone there every year just for the breakfast but decided to stay this time for our 5 year wedding anniversary). Very "Shaker-Amish" minimalist vibe in the rooms. Quilt on the bed. The softest wooden floors. No closet, just wall hooks, but plenty of them. The foliage around the Inn and the town is stunning. Banana Bread is waiting in the room for you. You get a breakfast voucher for the buffet with is good basic food an filling. Only negative for me was that they have soft water,cmy hair was a hot mess.
