Im living here and they told us that it’s available to move in about 10 months ago… and even now the AC will not be installed for at least a “few months”. There was a random fire alarms b/c of the motor issue for weeks around last month I think. Trash system broke at least once or twice a week. The gym and other commodities are not done… i doubt it built yet. 截止到6月25号，空调已经坏了6天了，多伦多6月20、21、22、23、24号室外平均温度34度以上，已经发布高温可能威胁到生命警告。室内低楼层28度以上，高楼层能达到30度以上，简直不是人住的地方。这里的管理很差劲，只会在邮件里敷衍了事，实际上今天拖明天，明天拖后天，车轱辘话一大堆，新住户谨慎选择！！！
