Artistry was here in my unit to repair drywall, texture, and paint. Even though the size of the job was small, the level of detail and professionalism was very high. I am very happy with the results. I will certainly contact them for some upcoming projects.

Artistry left paint splatters on my windows, trim, and even on my driveway, and they damaged some of my landscaping by carelessly dragging ladders through my yard. The field manager refused to acknowledge the damage they caused and claimed it was “not their fault” and that most of the damage "was already there" (which it wasn't). Their unwillingness to fix the problems or even have a reasonable discussion without raising their voice and threatening me was incredibly unprofessional.

I hired Artistry to paint my house a very specific shade of white, which I carefully selected and confirmed multiple times before the job began. After delaying my project multiple days, they painted the house the wrong color entirely—not a small shade difference, but a completely different color than what I requested. Expensive, but the quality was lacking significantly. Painters did not have attention to detail, and would miss spots. They weren’t even planning to remove faceplates on outlets and switches until I removed them myself. Cannot recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Artistry. Work was sloppy, with uneven paint coverage and multiple splatters left on floors and furniture. They also charged higher prices than other companies. They told me they were priced higher than others but worth it, but it didn’t match the uneven quality of their work. Overall, not worth the cost. Will need to find another company for my next project.
