I had an amazing experience, starting with a phone call answered by Pat. She was polite, professional, and patient, taking the time to text me pictures of bouquets in various price ranges. She gave me plenty of time to decide, then took my order and payment over the phone. As a final touch, she arranged an early morning pickup so I could make it to the ceremony on time. El servicio es un asco hice un pedido por teléfono y cuando llegue a recogerlo la tienda estaba cerrada se quedaron con mi dinero y no me entregaron el pedido siendo que eran las 4pm y cierran a las 6 Que horrible experiencia el lugar es basura
