Hire these people if you want to be lied to, jerked around, and not get what you supposedly were paying for. I made a contract to have a MOVE OUT clean done and when the owner and his other staff member showed up to clean, they did a half assed job that I had to spend hours going behind them fixing. I was charged $200 by them, and still ended up being charged another $200 by the property managers for things not being done/having to be re-done (like the carpets shampooed) after they had left.
