no fleas I have to laugh at the comment about getting fleas. Trust me you don't get fleas from a tanning bed or if someone brought fleas they would not survive by living on one!! Must be someone who just doesn't like someone that works there. I have been to this salon and have found nothing wrong with the staff, beds or products.

I will never go there ever again! I was a loyal customer for 4 years, I brought 7 new customers to their business. When I showed up to go tanning for the first time this year. I had a balance on my account, from July from the year before. No one contacted me about the balance, yet they still took $20.00 a month out of credit card. And they would not fix my account, because per Lynn ( the owner ) She did not Trust my family anymore. Lynn must have had a fallout with my sister in law. Which has nothing to do with me. Go anywhere else but here It sucks!!! I went there at least 5 times and had no results. I think its a scam. You pay $20 a month and you get level 1 unlimited but the other 4 levels you pay 1/2 for if you are a member. Level 1 doesn't do anything so then you will have to pay if you wanna get tan. You cant cancel for 3 months. I wonder why??? They want some kind of money. If I was tanning at my old salon and I went 5 times I would have an incredible tan.

will NEVER go back not even for a free tan I purchased a one month unlimited tanning package from them and only tanned a few times before i left for good. The few times i did go I had to wait at least a half hour to even get into a tanning bed, the staff was rude and I even found dog poop in one of the rooms

Don't look back Cold, musty, and to top it off unfriendly people. Worst experience at a tanning place I have ever had! The heat must be turned off to save money. Beds do not get very hot - I went 4 times and no results. Complained and the gal at the desk said (after putting her cell phone friend on hold) "Oh well - you must be one of those people that don't tan"

Awesome Salon After years of searching for a tanning salon that is more about the customer than making money I was told to try Artistic. I felt the difference as soon as I walked in the door. I have driven 25 minutes to get this kind of service and use of equipment that stands out from most tanning places in town. Shady business practices, irresponsible management. I had a package which I signed up for only a year. Somehow, when I called to find out why i was still being billed 19.95$ a month when my account was have supposed to been void last year, the associate informed me that my "type of package" had a membership that does not expire (i.e. they kept billing me) unless I told them to cancel it.
