I've been to several nail spas throughout my life. This is clean, friendly, inviting, sometimes less is more! I loved the radip station being played! Lots of things happening in the world and personally, this music spoke to my soul. Thank you Artistic Nails. Icing on the cake is that its Veteran Owned!! I will always support our Military! I highly recommend and will return.
Called and made an appointment for my daughter and I yesterday on 11/9/25. They didn’t seem as welcoming. I made an appointment for two pedicures and when I arrived there I told them I called beforehand and the lady acted like she didn’t remember me calling just 30 minutes ago and asked me twice if I made an appointment. Then there was a guy there doing my pedicure being extra aggressive grabbing my feet out of the water! I came to artistic nails because of a couple different recommendations from friends. They seem to have had really good reviews online and I had high hopes. My expectations were not met at all. The overall experience was really disappointing. I went in around 9:20am and did not leave till after 1:30 PM. I waited about 30 minutes for a pedicure. Overall, that went pretty well.
