The receptionist and the doctor are too rude people. My grandmother went to evaluate her there and since she does not speak Spanish and they did not have any translation system, they treated her extremely badly to the point of making her cry. The receptionist Carla covered her ears so as not to hear her and I just called to try to talk to the doctor and he left me talking alone and hung up the phone on me. That's not the way to treat people EVER.
I would not recommend this dentist and the nurse The doctor was rude not to introduce himself.. He was very RuDE his tone was aggressive almost saying to me I am not cheap I'm very expensive Go to another dentist where they're cheaper I found that being very rude,!!! His nurse called me a night before asking me to send x-rays and when I did send the actress they didn't even look at it it would have saved me time if they would have done their job to look at my x-rays and tell me that I'm a candidate or not a candidate for im... read more
My denture from another dental office ( the third one in 3 years) was repaired twice. This time it cracked down the middle. I called Artistic Dental and got an appointment the next day. The dentist is a true artist. He repaired my broken denture in hours and it looks better than new. The office is immaculate and staff very professional. I finally found an honest, ethical, truly amazing new dentist. Thank you!
Excellent in all areas! True caring about the patient. The work performed is excellent, prompt appointment, motivational, professional. Dr and staff are a team, producing excellent results. All you could want in dental care!
Professional and compassionate care. Dr K is highly skilled and truly cares about each patient. Carla plays a huge role in the clinic and does a wonderful job. I have been a patient for many years and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
