Beautiful, delicious cake - it seriously could win a food network competition, wonderful service. Unbelievable price. Wish I could post a photo! Thank you so much. You only turn 16 once and you helped make it a memorable occasion.
Did not receive what was requested and when asked if anything could be done to fix the situation nothing was done that would make a difference. The customer service was subpar and the owner pasted on his apologizes to a the customer from an employee and refused to come out to speak one on one with customer.
We have been buying all our birthday cakes and a couple of wedding cakes from Artistic Cakes since it was owned by Jerry and Dee Means, a good 20 years. Everyone always loves the cake and asks where we got it. It is a Birthday tradition in our family now for Grandma to get the cake from Artistic Cakes!!
10/10 would recommend especially the ice butter cookies
