Kath Schifano is a significant artist in this community in many respects. Her paintings are creative and dynamic and ever-evolving. She paints from life with an emphasis on plein air work and creates very engaging interpretations of people, places, flowers & still lifes, and landscapes-especially her beloved Niagara Falls. In addition to first rate and acclaimed paintings, she is an excellent teacher, mentor and actively collaborates in local, national, and international arist communities.
Kath Schifano is an exceptional plein air painter. Whether large or small canvas, oil paint, pastels, pen and ink, or pencil, this artist is a master at interpreting what she sees. Very professional!
