Dr. Grosnick's office, from hygienist to scheduling to dental care, is top of the line. I have been going to this dentist for about 25 years and that says it all!
My dental visits are always well done and greatly appreciated.
I love Dr. Falkel and all his staff! I see Mark and he is always so nice and very good at cleaning! And Dr. Falkel never hurts when he has to do a procedure
Great people and dentist, but waiting room needs car magazines.
Professional, friendly, clean, comfortable and PAIN FREE! All staff have their particullar specialty. If by chance something comes up that wasn't scheduled during your appointment, in my experience, it is taken care of either immediately or scheduled post haste w/one of the technicians (? lack of better word?) or the dentist. Make sure to have dental insurance as with any specialty, dental work adds up... My hygenist is informative as to my dental needs and keeps the dentist up to date on her patients concerns. I've been a patient for 10-years. Dr. Falkel and his excellent staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their patient care and attention to educating the patient are unbeatable.
Had the semiannual cleaning and then repair of a small enamel break that happened a few weeks ago. There was no need to schedule another appointment, Dr.F repaired the defect with a filling right away. I am very pleased with the professional service and speedy efforts.
New to the area, I needed to find not just a new dentist but a kind, competent, patient-oriented one. I've had a lot of dental work and visited many offices in my 68 years, and this office with its competent, friendly, cheerful and helpful staff is the best I have ever seen.
