I have worked with Steve and his team during the installation of 2 wood floors in our home - one of which was a complicated herringbone pattern. Both times they were fantastic. Every member of the team demonstrated an excellent attention to detail, and a level of care that I wish every contractor had. Highly recommend!
Steve & his competent crew did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the outcome. Steve is a good communicator, we knew what to expect. The crew kept the house as dust free as possible by sealing off areas. It takes time to do the work, but it was worth it. The house is totally rejuvenated!
We've used Artisan wood floors for many years now on several different projects, and they are simply the best. So much attention to detail, and provides good advice (including problem-solving) for what it takes to re-do and install floors in an old house.

These folks are fantastic. First, they performed significant repairs to portions of our condo floors, which suffered major water damage. This involved removing and replacing tongue-in-groove flooring, sub-flooring and an insulating layer. Then, they sanded and finished the entire condo's floors. All the furniture was moved and reinstalled exactly as it was found. The finished product is phenomenal and the floor looks exactly as it did when it was installed 20 years ago.
