On a recent open home we did not find Mr. Mack as a very personal agent. He seemed very standoffish and not very responsive answering our questions. His assistant did not have answers to several of our questions and responded with you ask great questions. Hummmmm. You are the listing agent and this is all you can respond with. Interesting.
