Hardwood Floors by Artisan have worked on two medium-large projects for me. First at my old home years ago and now at my current home. The previous people that lived in my current home truly damaged the floor to where I thought I was going to need carpet because they had stains, deep gouges in 2'-4' sections from where they dragged furniture, and tons of holes in the floor from cable lines coming from the basement. Miracle worker! Three contractors wouldn't even bid on this job. Gouges, scrapes, water damage and a wicked nasty carpet pad fused to the bedroom floors--see the before pics! One of them--a hardwood flooring contractor--said "just lay carpet over it". Not Victor! Victor bid it out fairly, under promised and over delivered. The after pics show you everything you need to know.
We had our entire house done, and Artisan did incredible work - our floors look like brand new! They were quick, easy to communicate with, and able to come out the next week to get the floors done before we moved in. Out of the three companies we got bids from, they were by far the most knowledgeable and also gave us a very fair price. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone!
