Sent one inquiry and received 75 identical spam emails from them with the subject line of lead and the emails all came in the span of about 3 minutes. Horrible response. Also next to impossible to speak to anyone on the telephone which I tried to tell them before writing a review. Offensive and rude marketing.
Roaches horrible! Lived here almost 2 years and exterminator came by 4 times only to spray few corners and leave. Meanwhile no actual attempt to remedy the situation and I'm paying for the service every month. Dryer on my 2nd and paying for that as well but it broke not trying to ask them to fix it because it's been a headache to get a reliable dryer for most tenants. People save your money go anywhere else but here
These pictures were from my morning walk today. The pools are hardly available, security guard is pathetic. Pigeon poop everywhere, mailboxes are unconditional - been missing mail. Two bed / 2 bath @ $2200.00??? Not worth it. The ladies at the front office only care about their face, maintenance men just drive around in a golf cart trying to look busy. Nothing gets done here.
