All told Artisan was a great company to work with. We are very happy with the final results. Work done: Rear patio floor, deck and built-in BBQ structure demolished and replaced. Outdoor Artisan is an exceptional company with expert employees who are dedicated to making your wish list come true! We contracted with Artisan for our Pool, hardscape and landscaping. Our experience was top shelf! They were professional from the start on the quoting / there architect plans, taking care of all permits and performing the work. We had Artisan teams on a daily basis for 4 months. Jim , Gary, Robyn were very communicative from selecting plants, landscape ideas, selecting tiles, etc. My wife and I are Very Very happy with the final results! Big Thanks to the Artisan team.
We recently purchased a new home in Rancho Mission Viejo. The property had a very tight outdoor footprint. Artisan Outdoor created an excellent design that enhanced the living space with a smart mixture of drainage, irrigation, lighting, hardscape and plant features. Their plan was documented with detail drawings and the construction and planting was executed efficiently and on time. The work team was friendly and courteous and left the site tidy and clean at the end of the work day. Strongly recommend this company.
Don't have time to write a super long review so maybe I will update this later but Jim and his crew were amazing from the beginning all the way through completion. Quality of work was excellent. The overall duration of the project was good too. There were no delays. Jim is easy to get in touch with if needed, but for the most part I never had to contact him because everything went so smoothly and his foreman Antonio was great and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.
