Ryan the Prosthetist is a cold blooded horrible person that cares only about the money. You walking is his least concern. How someone can treat a above knee amputee that only wants to walk like that is unbelievable. Please please your walking and health stay away from this guy. Walking is all I want to do.
Ryan was such an amazing advocate for my son receiving a robotic hand from Ossur Academy! We traveled to Ohio for training and we couldn't have had this life-changing experience without him! My doctor recommended custom orthotics after I was experiencing foot pain postpartum that made it difficult to sleep. Ryan was thorough in his initial consult and noticed foot alignment issues above and beyond just my high arches previously called out by doctor. He also made them in a way that I can easily swap them between shoes. I’ve had the custom orthotics for over 6 months and my foot pain is completely gone.
I had custom inserts made by Mr. Keele at Artisan Orthotics, and the experience was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The inserts fit perfectly, and I noticed a difference in my feet right away — so much more comfort and support than before. The quality of his work and his professionalism really stood out.
