My doctor recommended custom orthotics after I was experiencing foot pain postpartum that made it difficult to sleep. Ryan was thorough in his initial consult and noticed foot alignment issues above and beyond just my high arches previously called out by doctor. He also made them in a way that I can easily swap them between shoes. I’ve had the custom orthotics for over 6 months and my foot pain is completely gone.
I had custom inserts made by Mr. Keele at Artisan Orthotics, and the experience was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Was excellent service my only issue. Is I’m out of network
My previous review disappeared, so I’ll add my experience again here. I went to Artisan Orthotics to replace my orthotics. Ryan recommended switching the style of orthotics that I’d been using for about 20+ years to a UCB style orthotic. Of course, I trusted this recommendation. Unfortunately, after numerous visits over months, he was not able to modify the UCB orthotics he made to something that didn’t hurt my feet. I left with a pair of ~$300 orthotics that didn’t work for me. My feet and back hurt in them. I asked if they have a ‘satisfaction guarantee’ but was told no. He attempted several adjustments but they continued to hurt. Several others (podiatrist, orthotics makers, etc) told me the type of orthotic made for me by Artisan was not the norm for an adult, and they weren’t surprised my feet hurt in them. I ended up going to Hangers, and they made a pair of orthotics for me that feel great and my feet don’t hurt anymore.
