Love living at the Artisan. Well maintained building, and management responds promptly. The maintenance team, especially Fucquron, are knowledgeable and helpful.
I understand how important and sensitive is to present my opinion about an institution and even more sensitive about the people who work for the best image of them and the institution. I have the opportunity to interact directly with the Artisan Serie ‘s management team; The building’s Manager and manager’s assistance are always available in a friendly and helpful mater, they are respectful and conscientious of your needs and your time. About the service crew, They are always available, helpful , respectful and professional.
The maintenance staff, Andrew and Fucquron were excellent—quick, efficient, and professional. They installed the microwave seamlessly, were personable throughout, and left the area spotless. Great service!
