I live in building one @ 205 Highland Ave. I can honestly say in the 5 years I have been here the two men who plowed & cleaned up all the snow not just on the parking lot but the walkways did an amazing job. I have seen such professionalism in the years I have been here. I can’t say enough words to express the amazing job they did. So nice to see people that take pride in the job they do. These days it’s far & few.
I have lived here for 12 years the complex itself isn't to bad bud has questionable design and poor upkeep. The pool is always closed and the last time it was open it burned he skin round my eyes. Also I"m 90% sure its haunted me and some of the people I know in this apartment hear knocking at the door at random times but there is nobody there and its not ding dong ditchers because you would hear running. Also the stairwells are trashed and stained.
Beautiful place to call home, wonderful kind and helpful staff, awesome amenities, would definitely recommend to a friend.

funny how they do not provide any way at all for the residents to communicate their issues. None of the emails they provide work and when i call to talk to someone, they are not there, or they give me an email address that is undeliverable This needs to be addressed ASAP, and I would start with the A/C and present a plan to fix the other issues. So 12/3/24 my husband Javon Cunningham received a check from The Charleston at Boca Raton for $2850.00. This check look legit, well to our surprise this has come back as fraud. Not sure what is going on but, I'm sure we are not the only ones who have received this type of check. After our credit union sent to be paid, it came back as fraud and this check is written on a JP Morgan Chase bank account.
Great building for dogs. My greyhounds have memorized the schedule of their favorite “Aunt Cheryl”, who not only keeps the common areas spotless, but also keeps loads of dog treats on her cart. They love seeing her so much it’s probably the main reason we’ve lived there for 8 years.
