PLEASE READ!! Do not trust the high ratings, it is incredibly odd to me that about 7 months ago, they had a string of 5 star ratings with no description at all to justify the high ratings. Don did an amazing job and quick fix
I am at Equinox apartments in Minnesota. Management here is terrible. There’s constantly issues with inaccurate billing and record keeping. If they “make note” of anything on a post-it, you better plan to follow up because they’ll claim they don’t have record of it. We transferred from another building, the new unit had not been cleaned or inspected prior to us moving in. It took over 7 weeks and several emails to get my security deposit back, our front door was broken when we moved in and that took over 5 weeks and multiple... read more
