Don did an amazing job and quick fix
I am at Equinox apartments in Minnesota. Management here is terrible. There’s constantly issues with inaccurate billing and record keeping. If they “make note” of anything on a post-it, you better plan to follow up because they’ll claim they don’t have record of it. We transferred from another building, the new unit had not been cleaned or inspected prior to us moving in.
