The apartment is modern, spacious and well designed. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and sparkling granite countertops.The bedrooms and bathrooms are so lovely, granite countertops in bathroom and spacious bedrooms. I love that there is a front porch and a well-kept landscaping with beautiful flowers. Overall, it’s a wonderful apartment , well kept and safe with security features and amenities including a pool. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone who prefers modern and luxurious apartments.
If your credit is questionable DO NOT complete the application process. They will ask for over $400 in fees and even ask you to complete a pet profile for an additional $30 all to come back and tell you that you weren’t approved. Then they give you a third party option w an additional $750 in fees from there which is where I tapped out.
