RecommendedI just want to say how much I appreciate Mr. Brown and Artisan Jewelry and Repair. My grandmother passed away and left my sister and me each a ring. The rings were soldered together. My sister lives in another state and was going to have to leave. We took our rings to Artisan on a Friday. They said they were about a week behind but he would try to get it done. Great customer service! I took my ring in to get cleaned, and they noticed a loose stone. They told me exactly what they could do to fix it. When they found out that I was moving in a couple of days, they made sure that my ring would be finished in plenty of time for me to pick it up before we moved. They are great at what they do and treat each customer like a first priority.

Their customer service is amazing! I needed my ring sized and when they found out we were from out of town, they went the extra mile to make sure I had it back before we left town again. They did an amazing job and my ring looks wonderful! 100% recommend!
I went In to see if my college ring could be redone for my daughter graduating from the same university . They were so kind and willing to go above and beyond to do this for me . Although I longer live in Plainview , I will definitely recommend them to anyone !Plainview is lucky to have Artisan Jewelers ! I can’t wait to see the finished ring !
Great place to get jewelry repaired, watch battery, or just browse gorgeous turquoise/sterling handmade jewelry. They repair gold, sell watches, and are a complete jewelry store.
Took my wedding ring in for repair and was so impressed. Beautiful store and soooooo very helpful.

I recently took two of my diamond rings in for repairs, sizing, and a good cleaning since it had been many years. He took them in and called within days with them finished. I went in and they look brand spanking new! I couldn’t be more happier with the results. Thank you Artisan Jewlers and Repair, you are very talented at what you do and I won’t be anywhere else with my jewelry when they need any attention.
