Not going to get in to specifics. I just wanted to warn people to not use this business if you don’t have at least some knowledge about your items. Was told several falsehoods and treated lesser than. If you make a purchase here, make sure to take it to a different jeweler/authenticator/appraiser with a well established reputation to insure you get what you paid for. When it comes down to it, remember that old adage, “I don’t trust him any farther than I could throw him.”
I went in to get my necklace repaired that had broken and the jeweler was so nice and professional and treated me so well. This is a very honest jewelry store and I would recommend them to anybody.
This jewelry has always been honest I felt. Till I had a ring sized. They did the fitting to see the size I needed. Took 2 weeks longer than said would take. Understand things happen but call your customer let them know if things have changed I be a lot more understanding. Mothers ring had sized was still to big so asked jewelry if could try make it smaller because can't wear it. He said yes but have To charge me again.
