This jewelry has always been honest I felt. Till I had a ring sized. They did the fitting to see the size I needed. Took 2 weeks longer than said would take. Understand things happen but call your customer let them know if things have changed I be a lot more understanding. Mothers ring had sized was still to big so asked jewelry if could try make it smaller because can't wear it. He said yes but have To charge me again. I can’t say enough good things about this amazing jeweler! I came in hoping to find a wedding band that would fit with my engagement ring, which seemed nearly impossible, but they made it happen!
