I went in to get my necklace repaired that had broken and the jeweler was so nice and professional and treated me so well. This is a very honest jewelry store and I would recommend them to anybody.
This jewelry has always been honest I felt. Till I had a ring sized. They did the fitting to see the size I needed. Took 2 weeks longer than said would take. Understand things happen but call your customer let them know if things have changed I be a lot more understanding. Mothers ring had sized was still to big so asked jewelry if could try make it smaller because can't wear it. He said yes but have To charge me again. I don't understand why you have to charge me again. When you're the one that sized it did the work and it ... read more

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing jeweler! I came in hoping to find a wedding band that would fit with my engagement ring, which seemed nearly impossible, but they made it happen! They custom cut my wedding band to fit seamlessly, and it turned out absolutely perfect. What truly stood out was how kind and thoughtful they were through every step of the process.
