I live in Buffalo, NY and after being told by the manufacturer of my hearing aids that the closest repair center was in Williamsport, PA, I made contact with Artisan and Donna & Jen tried to resolve my problem through the mail and by phone. After awhile, Jen suggested it would be worth the trip to Williamsport to adjust them correctly, so we scheduled an appointment. All I can say is, "Boy was she right." I could not be happier with the results. To meet them in person was an added bonus.
Jennifer is my loving wife , she is an amazing woman who devotes her life to helipng eveyone out, thinking of herself last, she cares about every person that walks in her door. Jennifer is a saving grace. She balances her business at a high class and 5 wonderful kids at home.. A true hero and hardest working woman I have ever met. Lucky me .
Jennifer is top notch! She is very knowledgeable and caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need.
