We went there hoping to get my ears cleaned with water and this seemed like a great place until the lady who was supposed to take care of me decided to lie to me and she told us that my eardrum is gone and i have swimmers ear. We had been to two other audiologist before seeing Jennifer. We were referred to this practice 2 hours from our home and it was worth every mile we drove. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, communicated everything regarding the hearing evaluation and all of our options. We felt she had our best interests at heart and not how much money could be gained for the practice. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to improve their hearing.
