I ordered first week of December and was told I would have my order in 3 weeks, hardware and doors. I had trouble getting communication from the shop, didn't get my doors until February and the hardware didn't come. Contacted the shop and they said it was an oversight and I would have my hardware immediately. Still no hardware and it's March 10th, can't seem to get a response to my email either. We truly loved the hardware we received from NW Artisans. Great quality. Excellent customer service. Easy to install. It a very striking addition to our master bedroom into our very small master bath. We are so happy we chose NW Artisans for our hardware. Their prices were very reasonable and did not diminish quality. Nice guys too!
Love our new barn doors for our finished basement. Great customer service and we were able to pick the exact colors we wanted that matched best with our basement.
