These guys may have the best customer service and policies of any company I have dealt with!! I ordered 75537 Aspen Barn Door Hardware &nd... SKU: BDH-Asp-B, Finish: Black which did not do the job for my particular door and some pcs failed- not only did they replace all those pieces they also sent me a whole new set!!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS AND WILL CERTAINLY BE USING THEM ON MY NEXT PROJECT!!
I’ve just finished my second project using their hardware. It was an ambitious 10’ bypass rail with 3 doors. I could not be happier with the results. I especially want to thank Josh for his help. I called with questions and he had all the answers. I’ve uploaded photos of both projects in the comments to this post. Both projects turned out awesome!!!!!!
Amazing customer service from Artisan Hardware. We had two doors damaged by the shipping company and Artisan Hardware “did the right thing” and the situation was resolved in a very professional way. The customer service agents are truly caring. This company has a heart! Highly recommended.

I must say, the barn door rail kit is exceptional. The powder coating on the parts is great and the installation was a pretty easy. If I were going to do this again...no doubt I would purchase an Artisan product. I did call in a couple of times with questions and to order an extra part (not their fault) and the service provided by their team was excellent.
My only regret is not having posted my 'Excellent' review of Artisan Hardware earlier! Last fall we remodeled our master bathroom and finished the project with the most beautiful barn door I could have imagined. We ordered it unfinished and I couldn't have been happier since I was planning to paint it white. But upon receipt of the door, it became clear that it needed to be stained and not covered up with paint! The wood grain is gorgeous and the quality of the door is excellent. I purchased my second set of barn door hardware from Artisan Hardware and was blown away by their customer service. I paid extra for two day shipping. Since I paid extra for the shipping they expired the production of my order. The order was shipped on time but the box never made it to the UPS hub. Without me saying a word, Artisan Hardware immediately produced a second order for me and paid for overnight shipping so my order would arrive on time, which it did. I was amazed.
