Sorry I'm only getting around to this now but I wanted to share the terrific experience I had at Artisan Hair with Susan a few weeks ago. I came in for a cut and some color and a picture/idea of what I wanted. Although she never once tried to talk me out of it, she thoroughly explained each step in the process and implied that the results down the road might not be what I was looking for.
