They are an awesome company. I also messaged them about the employee that behaved in a racist manner but I do not think it is okay to rate them one star before they have even had the chance to respond!! They installed solar panels for us, did a vey professional job and all were very good people.
I'm so very sorry this is happened to your employee, and Artisan .. I believe your employee was awesome for stopping and helping the man in the red shirt from being bullied by those boys. I think that the Facebook post made by the Mom should never have been used in this way, and all the people that jumped on the bandwagon of such post should be ashamed . And I think the Mom that posted should look in the mirror and take responsibility for her child's actions and vulgar language.
Artisan Electric's response to their racist employee was spot on. Please don't let the one star reviews from people who did not pay attention to the outcome of this incident negatively affect your opinion of them.
