I have known the staff at Artisan Electric for over three years now and I can assure you that the behavior described in the recent facebook post is not representative of their company culture at all. Artisan installed our solar panels, and we had only very positive experiences. Everyone we dealt with was thoughtful & professional. Our solar panels are helping reduce carbon emissions and send clean energy to the grid to share with our neighbors. The staff at Artisan really cares about the good they are doing for the community and the environment. We would gladly do business with them again.

This is a local company whose ethos is focused on the betterment of the environment. They donate time, money and materials to help nonprofits dedicated environmental protection. In addition they hold workshops, write informative blogs and generally educate the community on solar power. I will be using them to put solar panels on my home (a service we planned for the next year). I do not think the inexcusable actions of an employee should mar the reputation of such a socially responsible business.
