Please be certain you understand whether the dentist you see is covered by your insurance! This practice operates with MULTIPLE tax identification numbers and junior dentists (who come and go VERY often) are covered differently than Dr. Callejo. I was billed in-network one visit with one dentist and then out of network the next with a different dentist. Beware!
