This Dr has a D- rating form the BBB and is not accredited by the BBB. He has been reported for medicaid fraud. Upon receiving my 1st EOB he claimed He fixed & charged medicaid for 10 cavities!!! Never happened! I also paid out of pocket for a panorex he then billed medicaid for the same procedure! I have contacted the attorney Generals office and intend to pursue this further!!!!
