My van had a BAD oil leak. I called Artisan because they had great reviews and Paul sure did live up to them! HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received! He communicated quickly with clear and helpful information. He provided multiple options and was just so helpful during a stressful time. Then he lets me know that the damage/leak was most likely caused due to the previous oil change from another (unnamed) company.
