Artisan is in paso robles...in the middle of california and on its central coast. it's really not very far from here but could be a little farther from there. our ever-changing menu continues to support local farmers and purveyors that only practice proper ethics. time-honored techniques bring a vibrance to each dish served. our wine list focuses on the central coast, our craft cocktails derived from classics and our beer list focused. we look forward to serving you soon.

Always great food after a day of wine tasting. Seasonal menu changes are always fun. Wine flights of 3 are a great way to taste a few different wines. Service is always good as well.
The best dining experience in Paso! Garrett is an extremely hospitable and engaging owner, providing industry knowledge and suggestions for winery visits. And Dennie behind the bar is a cocktail master, with great wine knowledge and a happy disposition. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere, food, drinks and people! Thanks again for prompting an extended stay in Paso!
