Mr. Aguilar was AWESOME!!!!! Got 7 felony charges dropped $65,000+bond. Left a message on Thursday, he called my son (J.T) in jail and called me back on a SATURDAY! All I can say is be respectful, don't keep calling and calling, he's very busy, be patient. Four days later, my son was in court in Big Spring and released on a $15,000 bond that afternoon. I had my doubts at the beginning but after he represented my boyfriend in his recent trial, I would recommend him to anyone. Yes, his caseload is full as a public defender but even if we were able to pay an attorney he wouldn’t have had a better outcome.
Worst attorney you can get, barely reviews cases, rolls over for the DA, HORRIBLE work ethic. All round terrible attorney, IDK how he still gets cases.
