He is not worthy if being anybodys attorney! He was very rude on the first conversation i had with him he does not care how long his clients sit in jail they are not his priority he told me my mom had to write him a letter telling him he could speak to me then i asked him are you not going to go visit her and he told me that was none of my concern. This man should be ashamed of his self nothing less to call himself a attorney

Tried to reach him no answers, I spoke to one of his clients that stated Mr. Aguilar allowed him to go to trial or made him go to trial when he never notified him of the status of his case. Also was informed that he is the only attorney appointed to indigent defendants in Garza county.

the absolute worst lawyer i’d give 0 stars if i could. NEVER answers the phone, you can call daily multiple times a day, won’t answer, he won’t respond to emails either. when he did speak to my husband (after a month of 0 communication on his side for all of us and constant from ours) he was extremely rude and unprofessional to him. he was laughing at my husband saying he was going away for awhile (he didn’t my husband got himself out of all his charges same day) if you get him GET ANOTHER.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Will not return calls or file documents that need to be filed. I sent him an email asking if him if a form has been filed. He did not respond so I asked him if I can get a response and his response to me was "no. you do not tell me what to do. I do not need YOUR assistance". He is a piece of poop!! Stay way! I would give zero stars if I could.

Unfortunately, this wasn't my first time dealing with the judicial system. If it wasn't for Arties diligence in investing my case, I'd have had to spend 2 years in TDC. He found a letter I had written to the DA that eventually ended up being my saving grace and I ended up with probation. Professional. Trustworthy. Intelligent. And obviously respected by his peers...on both sides. Thanks again, Artie. Great job!
