Worst attorney you can get, barely reviews cases, rolls over for the DA, HORRIBLE work ethic. All round terrible attorney, IDK how he still gets cases.
After multiple attempts to get in touch with Mr. Aguilar I am now seeking advice from the State Bar. Even as a public defender, there are still standards to uphold while representing clients. Phone calls will not be returned, the only way to get him to meet with his clients prior to the day of court is to file complaints. If you have Artie request a different attorney IMMEDIATEALY. Artie will not answer phone calls. He does not own his own work building to avoid paying taxes. He works from home. Artie works from home and can not ansewer clients phone calls. He is rude. All I ask for him is when my dads court dates were. He can not even provide me with that.
