After multiple attempts to get in touch with Mr. Aguilar I am now seeking advice from the State Bar. Even as a public defender, there are still standards to uphold while representing clients. Phone calls will not be returned, the only way to get him to meet with his clients prior to the day of court is to file complaints. If you have Artie request a different attorney IMMEDIATEALY. Artie will not answer phone calls. He does not own his own work building to avoid paying taxes. He works from home. POS!!! Will not return calls or text messages He doesn't keep in contact with you or let you know what's going on. And I heard he's getting his state bars taken away for illegal activity he did on a case.
