I came to Artichoke Hearts Healing with lower back pain and an extremely sore rotator cuff. After talking with Keryn about what I was experiencing, she recommended a deep tissue massage focused on the areas causing the most discomfort. It turned out to be the best hour of my day! I walked out of her treatment room completely pain-free, slept like a baby that night, and woke up feeling refreshed with no pain in either area. It’s been a while since my last massage. Keryn was super professional and had great technique. She focused seriously on my upper back where I have a lot of tension. The addition of hot towels was an added bonus! They felt WONDERFUL!!
Keryn gave me a massage today and I left feeling so relaxed afterwards! She really paid attention to the areas that my body needed work on and she even offered suggestions for things I could do on my own to relieve the pain points I feel. She is very friendly, professional and pleasant. Very easy to make an appointment with and checked in with me during the massage to ensure that the amount of pressure was okay for me. 5 stars!!
A nice massage, although the table was a little to firm.
Keryn is a lifesaver! i’ve been suffering from a number of pain areas (due to a very physical jog) and she loosened up tight muscles and made me feel great throughout the massage. i absolutely recommend Keryn, she is knowledgeable and talented.
