The most wonderful staff and service technicians! Sherry hooked me up with Reese who , in two visits , completely repaired my life( oh and air conditioner!)! Prompt, thourough, inexpensive, and friendly! I can’t sing enough praises about this business! They do Palatka businesses RIGHT!!🙌🏽❣️Bravo to you all!
RecommendedWonderful, Fast & Friendly Service starting with Erica in the office & Aaron who did a great job getting my air back on.
Although there were a couple of "hiccups" along the way, they went out of their way to resolve every issue. I especially want to thank Erica in the office that listened and took action to make things right. Mr. Michael Curtis also made sure everything was perfectly satisfactory---from contract to installation completion. And speaking of installation, it was done quickly and professionally and we actually enjoyed having both Trey & Matthew here. Thank you to all of you.....you make a great team!
We just had to have our air handler replaced and Jeff treated us great with the price. The two gentlemen Trey and Matthew did such a good job. They were so careful not to mess anything up and they cleaned up after they were done. The office staff is so friendly and work with you on everything you need. I highly recommend Artic Air.

These people have been personable, kind, understanding, and just flat out wonderful!!! We lost our AC unit and duct work because of the hurricane. I highly recommend Artic Air who is looking for quality work and wonderful service!!! Thank you Artic Air for everything!!!
