tell the truth about wait time
We got to the restaurant and were told a 1/2 wait. After an hour, we were told it will be another 1 1/2hr wait because the kitchen was that far behind. At that time, we were told that we were up next. 1/2 hour later, and still nothing. Not a single time did anyone let us know that it would take longer or even an apology for the poor service. We definitely will NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend your restaurant to anyone.
Tried to enjoy prime rib and lobster. Should have stayed home and saved $50. Service and atmosphere sucked!!!

All of our servers are experienced with years of service and strive to make each customers dining experience enjoyable. As far as atmosphere goes, I'd like to hear more? Let me start by saying the drinks at the bar were great. However when i went to the dining room I didn’t enjoy the rock hard bread sticks, no soup or salad offered w my 26 dollar prime rib, waited 40 minutes for our med rare steaks and when it finally did come out mine was over done past medium and dry as hell. So I was offered more rock hard stix which I declined and said screw the steak as we were wanted to eat and leave as we had other plans. I am so sorry to hear about your experience at Arthur's. Due to the COVID pandemic and having limited seating at 25% capacity our wait times, on busy evenings, can range from 30 to 45 minutes for food with limited staff. Wait times will reduce as we are able to get back to a more normal capacity. With regard to your prime rib, I do remember comping your meal so please check your receipt to make sure it showed up.
