Was this provider friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to!
