I wish I had known about this office’s dismissive response to complaints about bad prescriptions before I went. I just got bifocals here (I've worn glasses all my life and bifocals for 10 years), and my new "improved” prescription glasses (cost: +$350) are useless. I sent an email to IDGAF Erica, the office manager, who was condescending. No offer of help, just a "sorry, not sorry" note and radio silence.
