The office staff is not very helpful with the exception of one that’s willing to help me and sadly aren’t all on the same page. I’ve been dealing with a reimbursement check for three months now. Every time I call I get different staff members all with different answers. All I’m trying to do is get my money back that is owed to me due to their negligence on checking my copay fee.
